Returns and exchanges are not guaranteed and are at the sole discretion of 876BUY. To be eligible for an exchange and/or a return, your item must be in the same condition and packaging that you received it. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange and/or return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United States or Jamaica, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
